The storm has mostly passed now for Central Massachusetts, official totals so far are 28 inches. It looks like there will be one more band of heavy snow and then it should be over.
Great preparation, information and planning locally and state wide. Now only the snow to deal with.
Michele - I have to tell you that I just read your article/letter in Countryside (I'm a little behind on the reading....) and I really enjoyed it. Sounds a lot like our story, goals and lifestyle. My husband and I are currently in upstate NY on just over 1/2 acre but planning to return to Easter Mass over the next few years. I wanted you to know how thrilled I was to read your story and am your newest follower on your blog. :)

I've just started to read some of the posts on your blog and I see that we do have a similar story :) I can't wait to spend some more time reading, so many great ideas.
